About the Role


We are looking for experienced tech experts to become part of our freelance database for new educational offerings in the Executive Education field. 

Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Instructor (f/m/x) for masterclasses (duration ranging from one hour to several days) aimed at different target groups, namely software engineers, product developers, UX/UI designers, and tech leaders. This is a prime opportunity for experts eager to share their knowledge, drive innovation, and contribute to the professional growth of tech enthusiasts. Our workshops are designed to be practical, industry-relevant, and engaging, offering you a platform to make a significant impact.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver masterclasses across at least one of the following fields: Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, or Tech Leadership.

  • Tailor content for a tech-savvy audience, ensuring sessions are engaging, relevant, and packed with real-world applications.

  • Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage participation and hands-on learning.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven expertise and real-world experience in your specific domain (Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, or Tech Leadership).

  • A solid background in education or training, with the ability to captivate and inspire diverse audiences.

  • Strong communication skills, with a flair for making complex topics accessible and engaging.
