Student Assistant (Werkstudent/in) - Admissions (f/m/x)

About the Role

CODE is looking for a Student Assistant (f/m/x) to join our Admissions team.
 
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of CODE’s student admission processes and activities.

 
We’re looking for someone who is able to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Answering general queries received via email, phone, videocall, whatsapp and in-person.

  • Supporting the organization and implementation of student recruitment activities (Open House Days, consultation calls,campus tours, university and school fairs, Admission Days etc.).

  • Helping process applications for bachelor's and master's programs. 

  • Ensuring communication and support to potential applicants and incoming students

  • Assisting with the update of data and preparation of reports about applications and admissions.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency

  • Willingness to work with CRM database (HubSpot)

  • Willingness to communicate a lot with people

  • Bonus: Willing to learn/knowing how to create automations with make.com and how api calls work

Additional requirements

  • Intermediate German proficiency (at least B1)


Additional notes:

  • Working student contract

  • Up to 20h/week

  • Start date: as soon as possible

  • End date: 31.08.2026 (with possibility to extend if needed)

  • Candidates do not have to be CODE students (but a bonus)
