About the Role

CODE is looking for an SE Study Program Assistant (f/m/x) to support the Study Program Coordinator
 
and the Program Team in the efficient coordination of the study program.

 
As SE Study Program Assistant (f/m/x), weʼre looking for someone who is able to take on the
 
following responsibilities:

 
● Assist the Study Program Coordinator in day-to-day administrative tasks, including the
 
preparation of documents and reports.
 
● Aid in scheduling classes, exams, and other program-related activities.
 
● Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of meetings, workshops, and events related
 
to the study program.
 
● Support the dissemination of program-related information and serve as a point of contact for
 
student inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.
 
● On behalf of the Study Program Coordinator, facilitate communication with different
 
stakeholders (students, faculty, and other departments).
 
● Gather feedback and insights that can contribute to program improvements.

 
To be successful in this, weʼre looking for someone with the following skillset:


 
● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage
 
multiple deadlines simultaneously.
 
● Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks, including document
 
preparation and report generation.
 
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment,
 
demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in completing assigned tasks.
 
● Understanding of academic environments and the ability to navigate academic policies and
 
procedures.
 
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate information
 
clearly and professionally to various stakeholders.
 
If, beyond this, you bring along any of the following, it would give our team an edge.

Keep in mind that none of these points are requirements, though:


● Knowledge of basic project management principles and experience in coordinating meetings,
 
workshops, or events.
 
● Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an educational or academic
 
setting.
 
● Ability to analyze feedback and data to identify trends and areas for program improvement.

We will need you to meet the following requirements to be able to hire you:


 
● Being enrolled in the Study Program the role refers to or having completed several of its
 
modules and being familiar with the way the program works.
 
● Having a German bank account to be able to get paid.
 
● The right to work and primary residence in Germany.

 
What you can expect:
 
● Start date: 01.02.2026
 
● End date: 31.07.2026
 
● Working student contract
 
● Maximum 15 hours per week
 
● 15,00 EUR per hour (gross)
