About the Role
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting teaching evaluations
  • Support the setup of evaluation surveys (e.g., teaching evaluations)
  • Support survey roll-out during the semester and help to increase response rates (e.g., individual support for faculty members, and reminders to instructors, supporting organization of evaluation sessions)
  • Compile results from multiple surveys to prepare the analysis (data export, data preparation and dissemination of results)
Process evaluation & information management
  • Support the documentation of administrative processes by interviewing different teams and writing down process steps
  • Check and correct entries in our internal information systems (e.g. Notion) to keep information up to date and consistent
  • Follow up with team members on Notion information updates
Accreditation support
  • Assistance with general quality assurance and compliance activities
  • Willingness to contribute to time-limited tasks
     
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential requirements:
  • German at a very good level (min. B2)
  • Careful, reliable and structured way of working, also with repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative social research methods, in particular survey design and analysis as well as interview methods
  • Experience with Google Workspace, survey tools, Notion, or similar information systems
Additional requirements:
  • Experience or interest in process automation
  • Interest in quality management, higher education or organizational development
  • Ability to work regularly from CODE’s campus in Berlin (for in-person coordination, interviews, evaluation sessions)
